Large-scale protected species mitigation at Chinnor Cement Quarry, including translocation of over 2,000 reptiles and amphibians to enable residential development and long-term habitat restoration.

Keystone enabled the Persimmon Homes & Taylor Wimpey Repton Park residential development through expert surveys, licensing, and mitigation for reptiles, bats, dormice and great crested newts.

Keystone delivered habitat creation, biodiversity enhancements, and a five-year management plan to support long-term ecological gains at Chesterton Cemetery.

The route was carefully designed to connect housing parcels while providing ecologically sensitive access through the ‘Central Ponds’ wetland area, allowing residents and visitors to experience the site’s natural beauty without disturbing its important habitats.
