Project Manager – Conservation Landscaping

£25,000 – £30,000pa depending on experience plus performance related bonus

Exciting hands-on project management role focusing on conservation landscaping.
Responsibilities will span practical site based work alongside office based planning and coordination responsibilities.
You will work within the Habitats team to resource, manage and oversee a range of conservation driven landscaping and ecological mitigation using in-house and external resources.
You will ensure work is completed to the highest standards in terms of safety and quality, whilst minimising environmental impact and maximising efficiency and customer care.
Responsibilities will include day to day project management, setting up and shutting down site operations, liaison with and coordination of resources, client meetings, programme management, conducting site visits/inspections, producing project related reports.

Requirements

• Experience of delivering projects under NEC3 contracts
• Experience of working with a team on site within the land based industries
• Experience of managing office based project responsibilities
• Experience of leading teams and coordinating the work of others
• Strong organisational and planning skills including the ability to prioritise workload and balance     demands from numerous sources to ensure all relevant needs are met
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Excellent customer service
• Clear and articulate verbal and written communication
• Strong numerical calculation and reasoning skills
• Highly IT literate/adaptable
• CSCS Card, SMSTS or SSSTS would be favourable
• A full UK driving licence
