I was impressed with the way Keystone Habitats staff continually considered new ways of improving working methods to meet the objectives of the project, minimise site disturbance and limit environmental impact.  All the staff I dealt with showed enthusiasm and were a pleasure to work with.  By the end, it left me with little to do other than report my satisfaction back to the Council and Natural England.
