We caught up with our Financial Administrator, Abbie Perkins, to hear about her experience of joining Keystone and what her first few weeks have been like.

Q: How has your first month at Keystone been?
It’s been a really positive experience. I’ve learned a huge amount already, settled into my role and built great relationships with my colleagues. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, which has made it much easier to find my feet and grow in confidence. Every day brings something different and I’m genuinely enjoying the work.
Q: What’s been the highlight so far?
Without a doubt, it’s the people. Everyone has been willing to share their knowledge and offer support whenever I’ve needed it. I’ve also enjoyed developing new skills and seeing my confidence grow as I’ve taken on new challenges.
Q: Have there been any challenges?
Like any new role, there’s been a lot to learn. Getting to grips with new responsibilities can feel overwhelming at times, but the support from the team has made all the difference. Looking back, those challenges have helped me develop both personally and professionally.
Q: What are you looking forward to next?
I’m excited about what’s ahead. There are plenty of opportunities to continue learning, develop my skills and take on new responsibilities. I’m looking forward to contributing even more to the team and building a long-term career at Keystone.
