New Reptile Mitigation Guidelines Withdrawn
Natural England have withdrawn the Reptile Mitigation Guidelines published in September of this year. Following feedback they are seeking to clarify and address a number of points that have been raised in order to ensure that guidance affecting planning applications is clear and consistent. Previous guidance will need to be observed until release of the revised document which is expected next year. Please contact Keystone for advice on Reptile Mitigation.
