Exclusion Fencing

We install Water Vole exclusion fencing to pre-existing designs or can produce our own specification to meet our clients' needs. Understanding the consequences of poorly installed and low quality fencing we ensure our fencing is always installed to exacting standards and we have a reputation for meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Water Vole fencing is usually sufficiently robust so as to require little maintenance. However, we are able to implement a maintenance programme if the need arises.

For access requirements we install a variety of Water Vole proof vehicular and pedestrian access gates.

Water Vole Capture

Where Water Vole translocation is required we are able to provide the necessary capture equipment and, depending on the needs of our clients', carry out the translocation exercise.

Site Supervision

Post translocation we can supply staff with the expertise to supervise the destruction of bank habitat and can provide Clerks of Work for all project requirements.

To ensure mitigation schemes or conservation driven projects are created in accordance with specified designs we are able to provide staff with combined ecological and engineering knowledge to supervise our clients' contractors.

Habitat Creation/Restoration

Depending on the scale and complexity of the project we can carry out all work in-house or work as principal contractor to create/restore a broad range of habitat types with mitigation or conservation objectives in mind.

Not least we are able to organise and supervise landscape planting to form optimal Water Vole habitat.

Habitat Management

To meet planning conditions or conservation objectives we are able to organise and implement a wide range of management prescriptions.
