Keystone Ecological
Contracting can install exclusion fencing
as part of a conservation project or mitigation
scheme. Where European Protected Species
(EPS) licenses are involved it is essential
for exclusion fencing to be installed
correctly and thereafter maintained at
all times to prevent contravention of
licenses and the costly programme delays
associated with such situations.
Since we employ field workers and contractors with
both ecological and practical engineering expertise
we are able to design and install exclusion fencing
for site specific scenarios to the highest standards.
On all our contracts we deliver projects on time,
and often in advance of deadlines, and on budget.
We install:
- Vertical and angled temporary and permanent Great
Crested Newt and amphibian proof exclusion fencing
- Reptile exclusion fencing
- Electric Badger exclusion fencing for use in sett
closures
- Badger exclusion fencing to form Badger corridors,
direct Badgers to road tunnels, prevent death on
roads, exclude Badgers from gardens etc.
- One and two way Badger gates
- Otter exclusion fencing
- Water Vole exclusion fencing
All our exclusion fences can be modified to take
account of differing ground conditions and maintenance
requirements and we provide a tailor made service
to suit your requirements. If access across exclusion
fencing is required for construction traffic or the
public, we can custom build and install access gates
that maintain the integrity of the fence.
For Great Crested Newt projects in-particular
we keep a large stock of materials in-house
and can respond with a short lead time
as soon as EPS licenses are issued.
